One of the best breakfast places in Granada, the portions are big and the flavour is great. Coffee is fine, and you can ask for a refill. Pancakes are big and delicious, with the right amount of butter and syrup. I usually order with eggs and that makes a big breakfast. The location, just in front of San Francisco church, with a calm street and the fresh air you will enjoy the ambience. There is usually space to park on the street. The staff is kind and kitchen is fast. The bathroom for men is small but clean. This is one of the many great places for a breakfast in Granada.

I came here based on the reviews and I am so happy I did! The food was amazing and very fair priced. Service was fast and our waiter was very attentive. I would definitely make this a stop anytime I visit Granada!

Delicious food and incredible location. Huge variety for all tastes and good combination of both Nic and American breakfasts. We went twice for breakfast and weren't disappointed!!

Food is well prepared and very tasty. The portions are more than generous. Has a great covered patio with plants for dining that is raised above the street. Service with profesional, courteous, and timely.

Known as the best waffle and pancake place in Granada, and possibly Nicaragua . This place is the middle of the city across from Plaza Convento.Tables are sticky and not the best view. But the seating is above the sidewalk, so people can’t bother you to sell you things, which is great.Coffee and smoothies were amazing!We had chocolate waffles and pancakes with bacon and eggs! Everything was cooked perfectly and was very yummy. This is rare in Nicaragua as most is don’t have the right ingredients and are usually cold. But everything was hot and tasty.I would highly suggest this as the go to place for breakfast. I will come back and update this review when I come here for lunch.

Wifi password is on the front of the Menu!! Delicious food for brunch, we ordered the Kathys Burgers, Eggs with Gallo Pinto, and a Waffle. Recommend the Kathys burger, tasty and savory.
